We hand pack each item with the utmost care and attention, and send to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of Exquisite-Luxury on the outside. So if you’re ordering a gift, or planning a surprise, you can be safe in the knowledge it will remain a secret!
We use the ROYAL MAIL & DHL for our shipments. With the following shipping options for all orders. You will be required to make a selection on the check out page.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Once we receive your confirmed order, we will process the order and send you 2 emails.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All INTERNATIONAL Import duties, taxes & VAT are on the buyers account and must be settled with local customs.
Delivery must be made to the Billing Address of the Payment Card. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
