We hand pack each item with the utmost care and attention, and send to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of Exquisite-Luxury on the outside. So if you’re ordering a gift, or planning a surprise, you can be safe in the knowledge it will remain a secret!

Shipment Options & Delivery Charges for the UNITED KINGDOM & INTERNATIONAL shipping.

We use the ROYAL MAIL & DHL for our shipments. With the following shipping options for all orders. You will be required to make a selection on the check out page.

Shipping Options Within the UK

  • Free Shipping within the UK on Orders over £100 (Delivery within 3-5 working days) – FREE OF CHARGE
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature (Delivery within 2-3 working days) – GBP £ 6.00
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Order must be placed by 12 noon) – GBP £ 12.00

 

Shipping Options Worldwide

  • Royal Mail – International Shipping – Insurance Cover up to GB £250 only (Delivery within 5-10 working days) – GBP £ 25.00
  • DHL Express Worldwide – Insurance Cover up to GB £5,000 only (Delivery within 2-10 working days, pending Customs Clearance) – £ 65.00
  • Free Shipping Worldwide on Orders over £750 (Delivery within 2-10 working days, pending Customs Clearance) – FREE OF CHARGE

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Procedure

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Once we receive your confirmed order, we will process the order and send you 2 emails.

  • First email will contain the following 2 documents
    1) CG.24.xxx – Confirmed with Gratitude
    2) OA.24.xxx – Order Acknowledgement – With the full details of your order

  • Second email will contain the following 2 documents
    1) CI.24.xxx – Commercial Invoice – VAT Invoice of your order
    2) DC.24.xxx – Dispatch Confirmation – With the tracking number of your chosen shipping option along with Shipment & Delivery dates.

Customs Clearance Procedures, Import Duties & Taxes

KUMARIAN LTD. aka www.exquisite-luxury.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All INTERNATIONAL Import duties, taxes & VAT are on the buyers account and must be settled with local customs.

 

Delivery Address & PO Boxes

Delivery must be made to the Billing Address of the Payment Card. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
