No. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition. Please attach all original tags and labels to the item. In addition, please return the item in its original and branded box/packaging. Furthermore, please include all instructions, guarantees and extras supplied with the item.

Please email Returns at info@exquisite-luxury.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION (RN) number.

After receiving your RM number, please return the item securely in its original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days, or a maximum of twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date the Goods were delivered to you. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase and RN number inside the package in order to expediate the processing of your return.

Upon receiving your item, our returns department will inspect the condition of your item. We will confirm by email that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.

Our team endeavors to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow at least seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will complete the processing of the refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your item.

Warranty

All watches are covered by the manufacture international warranty. As long as it meet the manufacture warranty guideline, for more information please reviews the guarantee booklet provided with the watches at the time of purchase.

Yes, most brand are sold with two years international warranty. However certain brands offer one years while others can offer up to five years.

Our repair department will need to verify the necessary repair required and will provide you with a quote to do the work. If you are happy with the cost for the repair we will carry out the repairs and get the watch back to you as quickly as possible.

Within the UK we offer:

Free Delivery for orders over £100 Through Royal Mail.
Tracked 48 Royal Mail for £6.00.
Next Day delivery through Royal mail special delivery for £12.00

For International shipping we offer:

Royal Mail International with insurance up to £250.00 
DHL International with insurance up to £5,000
We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders over £750

We aim to have your parcel delivered in 1-10 business days, however this is dependent on your location and the type of delivery you have chosen at checkout.

To qualify for next day delivery, you must order before noon (12:00pm) the day before.

This is dependent on the choice you made at checkout, product and the pricing. Please see the tracking number you received by email.

Delivery must be made to the Billing Address of the Payment Card. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All our parcels are sent using tracked services and require a signature on delivery.

Royal Mail allows you to rearrange the time and date of delivery. 
DHL allows you to rearrange delivery date.

Your package can be delivered to a different address providing the alternative address was submitted during the time of purchase.
