Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not worry. You may return it to us for a full refund. We will accept Returns under certain circumstances. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition. Please attach all original tags and labels to the item. In addition, please return the item in its original and branded box/packaging. Furthermore, please include all instructions, guarantees and extras supplied with the item.
Please package the items adequately to prevent damage during transit, we recommend using Bubble-Wrap to protect the branded box/packaging. We will not be liable for damage to the branded box/packaging during return transit. We reserve the right to offer a refund less the cost of damage, or decline the refund. For your information, we thoroughly inspect all items for damage or defects before shipping them to you.
Returns from outside the UK: please correctly declare and label on the outside of the package “RETURN TO SENDER“. We will not be liable for any Customs charges applied if you label your return incorrectly. We reserve the right to deduct any Customs charges from the refund amount.
Returns Procedure
Please email Returns at info@exquisite-luxury.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you received the goods to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION (RM) number.
After receiving your RM number, please return the item securely in its original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days, or a maximum of twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date the Goods were delivered to you. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase and RM number inside the package in order to expediate the processing of your return.
We strongly recommend that you purchase an insured and trackable delivery method to return your item to us. If you opt to return the item by Royal Mail, please note that the SPECIAL DELIVERY service is the only trackable method that covers insurance for watches and jewellery. Please check the Royal Mail website for the latest information (https://www.royalmail.com/sending).
Refunds
Upon receiving your item, our returns department will inspect the condition of your item. We will confirm by email that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.
Our team endeavours to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow at least seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will complete the processing of the refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your item.
We will confirm by email once the return process is complete and refund issued to the payment method you used to place your order. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions
Please note that this Returns Policy does not apply to the following items:
- Bespoke Orders – items personalised or made to your specifications.
- Special Orders – items ordered especially for you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer an exchange on orders placed. You may return your purchase in accordance with our returns policy for a refund. You may then place a new order for the required item.
Faulty Items
For any items received damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Please return the product in an unused condition with the original and branded box/packaging. In addition, please include all instructions, guarantees and extras supplied with the item. We will replace the item with the correct item. Conversely, if the item is not available, we will issue you a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if faults arise due to accidental damage, deliberate damage or misuse. If the product is found to be in full working order, used, or damaged, we reserve the right to return the goods back to you at your cost.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return postage charges unless a new item is faulty. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.
Wrong Item Received
For any shortages or incorrect items received, please notify us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Please return the product in an unused condition with the original and branded box/packaging. In addition, please include all instructions, guarantees and extras supplied with the item. We will replace the item with the correct item. If the item is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
