Shipping Process
Once you are happy to proceed with your watch purchase, please select your preferred delivery method. In the Shipping section of the BASKET TOTALS box, please click CALCULATE SHIPPING in order to enter your Delivery Address. Next, from the Drop Down List box, please select your COUNTRY and then enter your full delivery address. Once you have completed the address section, please select your preferred delivery method for your destination and click Proceed to Checkout. This navigates yo from the Cart page to the Checkout page.
For delivery within the UK, we offer three shipping methods by Royal Mail. Firstly is the option of Free Shipping for Orders over GB £150; delivery within 5 working days. Secondly is the option of a fully trackable method. This is Royal Mail Tracked 48 With Signature and delivery is within 2-3 working days. Finally, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, with guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next working day.
For international shipments, we offer another three delivery methods. This first option; Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is for items with Insurance Cover up to GB £250 only. The second option is DHL International Express Worldwide and is for items with Insurance Cover up to GB £5,000 only. Finally, we offer Free Shipping Worldwide on orders over £750. Please click the links above for more information on the available shipping options. Delivery for International Shipments is from 5-15 working days and varies due to local customs clearance procedures.
