When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is securely entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. We do not see or store your credit card information on our Cart page or our servers.
Discount Codes
Please note that the active Discount Code is set to Apply automatically to the contents in your Cart. Please note however that Discount Codes do not apply to items that are on Sale.
Shipping Process
Once you are happy to proceed with your watch purchase, please select your preferred delivery method. In the Shipping section of the BASKET TOTALS box, please click CALCULATE SHIPPING in order to enter your Delivery Address. Next, from the Drop Down List box, please select your COUNTRY and then enter your full delivery address. Once you have completed the address section, please select your preferred delivery method for your destination and click Proceed to Checkout. This navigates yo from the Cart page to the Checkout page.
For delivery within the UK, we offer three shipping methods by Royal Mail. Firstly is the option of Free Shipping for Orders over GB £150; delivery within 5 working days. Secondly is the option of a fully trackable method. This is Royal Mail Tracked 48 With Signature and delivery is within 2-3 working days. Finally, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, with guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next working day.
For international shipments, we offer another three delivery methods. This first option; Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is for items with Insurance Cover up to GB £250 only. The second option is DHL International Express Worldwide and is for items with Insurance Cover up to GB £5,000 only. Finally, we offer Free Shipping Worldwide on orders over £750. Delivery for International Shipments is from 5-15 working days and varies due to local customs clearance procedures.
Customs Clearance Procedures, Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that all international shipments are liable to have Import Duties, Tariffs and Taxes imposed on the purchase of your watch. These charges levied by the relevant Customs Authorities in your country and Exquisite-Luxury.com does not have any control over, and is not responsible for any Import Duties, Tariffs and Taxes applied to your order. Any such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Purchaser and will have to be paid, either directly to the relevant Customs Authority, or to the Courier, before delivery of the watch is made to you. If you are in doubt as to the level or amount of Import Duties, Tariffs and Taxes that may be charged, please do not hesitate to contact us by Email or WhatsApp and we will advise you accordingly.
